Our coaching programs are offered in either a group or individual format. Results oriented, they are structured to give you exactly what you need to reach your goals, build your business, and enhance your life.
Group Coaching
Our group coaching programs are offered throughout the year from 6 week to one year sessions. There is limited membership for these programs.

Accelerate Your Success 2011 Group Coaching
Are you in a hurry? This 6 month accelerated nuts and bolts program is perfect for new business start ups and established businesses looking to rebuild strong foundations. This program includes:
- 24 weekly audio lessons
- 24 weekly lesson PDF's containing notes and actions
- One 30 minute personal mentoring session to use during your membership
$1295 one time payment - or $395 initial payment and $175 per month for 6 months

One on One Coaching
This program customized to address the issues most critical for you in having a Buzzworthy business and the life of your design.
This program is not for everyone, and we limited the number of businesses we work with at this one on one level. There is an application process and a telephone conference before acceptance into this program. You can download the application here. Once we have received your application, we will schedule your telephone conference to discuss your business.
The program includes:
- All of the Group Coaching Content
- PLUS two 30 minute calls a month with Sondra
- PLUS e-mail support during the month
- AND Telephone access for special issues or questions
